House rules for our holiday apartment
Welcome to our holiday apartment! We want you to feel comfortable and have a relaxing stay. To ensure this is also possible for future guests, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules:
- General behavior
- Please treat the apartment and its contents with care.
- Please inform us immediately of any damage or defects.
- Smoke
- Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Please use the designated outdoor areas.
- pets
- Pets are allowed. Please do not allow them on the couch and/or beds.
- Rest periods
- Please respect the quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Kitchen
- Use the kitchen appliances carefully and leave the kitchen clean.
- Please do not dispose of food scraps down the drain.
- Waste disposal
- Separate your waste according to local regulations.
- Garbage cans are located in the yard.

- Please leave the apartment clean and tidy.
- Don't forget to close the windows and leave the key as agreed.
